More information about Austin Water Treatment Plant #4: Austin Water Treatment Plant #4 is a potable water treatment plant, which once online and operational, will provide Austin with the drinking water it will need in for years to come.  This job starts in the middle of Lake Travis, where water will be extracted and moved  through more than 6 miles of 84” tunnel to reach the plant.  At the plant, the water will be cleaned through the clarifiers and filtering system before settling in massive, million-gallon-size plus storage tanks.  With 1 year complete in this 3+ year project, Ram Tool provides its signature Heroic Service to 100% of the companies involved on this job –that’s more than 12 different businesses, each with unique needs, but only one construction supply solution – Ram Tool and Supply!
